Build log

One entry every Sunday, no exceptions — including the bad weeks; especially the bad weeks. The log is the public proof that the ladder was climbed, and (per the rules) it's a rung of the visibility loop in itself.

• Copy TEMPLATE.md → 2026-WW-<ship-slug>.md (e.g. 2026-28-arm-yourself.md).
• Every claim links to a commit, a deploy, or a scorecard. Numbers over adjectives.
• Keep it under a page. If a week deserves more words, that's a write-up on your blog — link it from the entry.
